Text Box: I graduated from Moraine Park Technical College in 1997 with my Chiropractic Technician Degree. I have more than 11 years of experience managing a chiropractic office, taking x-rays, facilitating therapies, and assisting patients with insurance and billing issues. I’ve lived in Beaver Dam all my life, having grown up on a local farm, the youngest of eight children. I found my way to Shier Family Clinic when I brought my 5 year-old daughter in for treatment. I love working with Dr. Shier, having the opportunity every day to see patients feeling better! I look forward to meeting you- please call with questions. My husband and I have raised four boys, each of whom we’ve entrusted to Dr. Shier’s gentle care. My job at the clinic is to keep things running smoothly with your health care experience, including everything from scheduling appointments to billing questions. It is awesome to watch patients walk through our door needing help, and then to see them leave with hope and relief! Text Box: I was raised in West Bend and attended college at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. My chiropractic education was completed at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Extensive post-graduate studies at the prominent Hillcrest Chiropractic Clinic in Wisconsin Rapids allowed me to successfully deal with problem cases, structural rehabilitation, extremity problems, migraine headaches, etc. I have been tested and certified by both the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the State of Wisconsin. I use the latest technology for diagnosis and assessment; my treatments are in accordance with the most recent scientific literature and are safe, gentle, and effective. This approach to chiropractic care provides a unique route to renewed health and relief of discomfort for the entire family– including my own!
